What can I expect during my appointment?
To protect your health and safety, and that of our staff, we are using curbside appointments. We currently offer our full spectrum of services, including vaccinations, puppy and kitten exams, spays and neuters, surgery, dental cleanings, and routine and urgent care. We also offer touch-free payment. In an effort to reduce COVID-19 transmission, please follow these measures for your appointment and prescription refills:
1.) When you arrive for your appointment, please remain in your vehicle and call our office at 651-452-5156 to let us know you have arrived.
2.) A technician will check you in over the phone and ask you about your pet's symptoms.
3.) A technician wearing a mask will go out to your vehicle to pick up your pet. Pets must be on a leash or in a pet carrier. Remain in your car and do not enter the clinic.
4.) The doctor will perform the exam inside the clinic. They will call you in your vehicle to discuss the exam findings and a treatment plan.
5.) When any treatments and veterinary care have been completed, a technician will call you in your vehicle to let you know. At this time, please be prepared to make your payment via phone.
6.) A technician will return your pet to you at your vehicle, along with any medications, food, or supplies.
7.) Where appropriate, please wear a mask and practice safe social distancing.
8.) If you or a family member have COVID-19 symptoms or a positive test result, or have recently traveled to a hot spot area, please reschedule your appointment for 2 weeks.
* If you need to return later to the clinic for medication refills, prescription food, or supplies, please call in advance. Your order and payment will be processed via phone. When you pick up your pre-paid order, please either enter the clinic and remain at the check-in station, or call us from your vehicle and we will bring your order to you. To reduce exposure, please do not stop by without calling first. To minimize contact, you may also order prescription food online for shipping to your home.
