Our Doctors...
When choosing a veterinary clinic for your family, we understand that there are key qualities which are import to you. Trust, communication, and compassion are just as important as effective treatments and value for your dollar. Our doctors are receptive to listening to your concerns. From the time you walk through our doors, we want you and your pet to feel you are in good hands and are receiving the customized veterinary care you deserve. Take our clinic tour and get a behind the scenes peek at what our doctors do!
Our Technicians...
What is a "CVT"? This stands for Certified Veterinary Technician. These technicians attend a 2 year accredited program, obtain a degree, pass a national standardized test, and register with the State of Minnesota. A nice feature of our clinic is much of our staff has been with us for years. Low turnover means our staff is happy and experienced, and when you walk through our door you and your pet will encounter someone you recognize and trust. Not all clinics are the same, and here almost all of our support staff are CVT's. Simply put, this results in better care for our patients. CVT's are trained to assist with surgery, dental cleaning, take x-rays, draw blood samples, operate in-house lab equipment, and monitor anesthesia. They are also trained in emergency care, CPR, and critical care. CVT's must complete continuing education requirements annually to remain certified by the state. Need a veterinary team that can handle those tough situations? Our CVT's will power through with a smile on their face!
